L'agence CPL Jobs a placé sur son site une offre d'emploi pour le poste de responsable du service client, du suivi de la communauté et du service facturation, pour son antenne de Dublin (en charge de WAR).

The Head of Customer Support, Community Management and Billing will work closely with the :

  • otheroperational teams in Dublin
  • productionand marketing teams in Paris
  • externalgame developers



A member of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for the operational management of a department of in excess of 150 employees.  A motivational leader you will drive performance, productivity and quality in Customer Support, Community Management and Billing.

An experienced people manager, you will coach and develop your direct reports and ensure an environment of continuous improvement both in terms of KPIs and personal development.

You will also be responsible for manpower and capacity planning andevaluation.

Competencies required for the role :

  • A self-starter with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines and the willingness to be managed against same
  • Experience of leading a multi-cultural team in a world class customer and community service organisation
  • Experience of managing CS and/or building vibrant online communities on one or more onlineproducts
  • Keen interest in online games Very solid experience in Project Management (ability to coordinate resources, organise, report, deliver on milestones and deadlines)
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Numerate, good knowledge of IT
  • Willingness to be hands-on when required
  • Organisational Awareness
  • Fluent English or a very good level (written and spoken)

 

Les raisons du départ de l'actuelle responsable sont inconnues. Il s'agit en tous cas d'un trou supplémentaire dans l'équipe chargé des relations avec la communauté.

Rappelons que l'un des deux chargés de la communauté francophone, Franck Vacher, alias Taome, a quitté son poste il y a environ deux semaines. En revanche, aucune annonce ne semble avoir été lancée, pour le moment, afin de le remplacer.
